Tour of Taihu Lake: Shpilevksy wins overall & sprint title

After four stages at the front of the 2011 Tour of Taihu Lake, it all came down to one more good ride for Tabriz Petrochemical rider Boris Shpilevksy in Saturday's fifth and final stage of the Tour.

A foggy final stage, greeting the riders as they made their way to the event's finish line. It was a shortish stage, around 95 kilometres or so the task for the day.

Sphilevsky had been in possession of the leader's yellow jersey from day one, and he would not relinquish it on day five. His teammates, helping him get to the front of the peloton, allowing him to reach the finish line first in a furious sprint.

Shpilevsky, winning the race and also the sprint title as well. China's Wang Meiyin was the best Chinese rider at this year's tour.
