Tottenham play to 3-3 draw with FC Twente

Turning now to a huge night in the Champions League...the final round of games in Groups A-D. And we begin in Group A with Tottenham taking on FC Twente...


Needing a win to be certain of finishing above Inter Milan, Tottenham took the lead on a Peter Wisgerhof own goal.


In the 22nd minute, Twente level...Denny Landzaat converting the penalty.


Tottenham made a strong start to the second half and the unmarked Jermain Defoe was able to fire his side back in front after just two minutes.


Once again, Twente would come back...Rosales Roberto's powerful header, levelling things at two.


Spurs, went back on top...as Jermain Defoe netted his second off a rebound to make it 3-2.


But Twente kept pressing for an equalizer and the reward came when Nacer Chadli curled in a free kick from 25 yards. 3-3 the final...

Wang Fei resets 1500m speed skating Asian record

Watch Video Play Video A long-awaited moment for China at the Asian Winter Games. It happened during a gold medal run in the women's 1500 meters speed skating event. Chinese skater Wang Fei raced her way into the record books. She set a new Asian mark for the 1500 metres, crossing the line at 1 minute 58.37 seconds. It was 1-and-a-half seconds under the previous record time she set four years ago. South Korean Noh Seonyeong took second place. The bronze went to Japanese skater Kodaira Nao.
