Top 2010 hurdler, David Oliver, has beaten former Chinese World and Olympic champion Liu Xiang at the BW Bank Meeting in Karls-ruhe, Germany.

The 28, -year-old American, won in a time of 7.4 seconds with 27-year-old, Liu Xiang finishing in 7.55 seconds. Liu's personal best is 7.42 seconds a record set in 2007. But this time he finished third in the 60-meter indoor hurdles.

On Friday, he also came third, in another the 60-meter hurdles races in Dusseldorf.
