Djokovic beats Federer for 3rd straight Dubai title

This was a repeat of their semi-final clash at the Australian Open. Federer opened the match with a 1-0 lead, but Djokovic fought back and brought the first set level at 1. The Serbian world number three started to build some distance. He broke the Federer serve to go up 2-1 up in the the first set. And that put the pressure on Federer. The former world number one lost his serve again in the ninth game. Djokovic moved ahead in the match by taking the first set 6 games to three. Federer, raised his game in the second set.
