Beijing thrash Jiangsu 2-0

We start the show with a new start for Chinese club football. Teams played the last two matches of the first round of the Chinese Super League on Sunday. Defending champion Beijing Guoan started its season with a visit to Jiangsu.
Beijing in green and the guests kept their opponents in check with a strong defensive effort. No goals were scored in the first half.
Then Beijing broke through in the 57th minute.The Guoan cross came in from the left side and Jiangsu's defenders could not stop Wang Changqing from scoring the goal. Beijing 1-0.
Two minutes later, Beijing struck again. Joel Griffiths scored off a sharp pass. That was all it took as Beijing won its opener 2-0.
Shaanxi frustrate Liaoning 2-0
Shaanxi took on Liaoning in another match. Both teams threatened in the first half, but it ended 0-0.
It would stay that way until 2 minutes after the teams returned to action after the break. Fonseka Wilson found the net at 47 minutes. Shaanxi led Liaoning 1-0.
10 minutes later, Wilson scored the 2nd at the end of a long pass. Shaanxi found success in its opening game, 2-0 was the final.
